What do you bring or hope for as part of the Drew Board?
I am passionate about independent schools and Drew’s mission. I hope to bring my many years of experience at independent schools and from my work with ISCA to the Drew Board and to further advance its mission. I am also excited about Drew’s future with Saya as the Head of School and look forward to supporting her in her new role.

In her spare time, Sam enjoys hiking on Mount Tamalpais with her husband, Shawn, snow skiing and spending time on Lake Tahoe and the San Francisco bay, sailing and swimming. She is an avid baseball fan and loves attending games at Oracle park rooting on the SF Giants. Her youngest daughter, Anna, is at Drew (Class of 2027).

Sam was raised in Seattle and attended Arizona State University.
